This is a 7-tube radio. The radio has been thoroughly re-conditioned including full re-cap, resistors replaced as needed, necessary tubes and complete alignment. Sensitivity and selectivity are excellent on both bands. Volume is more than ample with a slight turn of the control. The cabinet is very nice. It is scratch-free and crack-free. The bakelite cabinet has been buffed to a high luster. The handle, as noted by the picture, is excellent. Overall, this is truly a classic and representative of the "new" early 1950's styling.
